You describe what is broken and get up to three hand-picked matches to compare, usually inside an hour, drawn from 205 vetted experts covering agencies, freelancers and consultants. It shows 4.96 across 860 verified client reviews and claims 56,000+ brands, agencies and app companies matched since 2015, with the top 3% of applicants passing vetting. Hiring costs nothing: no commission, no markup, and you pay the expert directly. Browsing is organised by the problem rather than the skill, and filterable by the partner apps an expert works with, Loox, Klaviyo, Judge.me and PageFly among them. The same company runs App Store Research and publishes ShopOps Weekly, a free weekly digest of Shopify platform changes written for merchants.
Watch for. The side that pays is the expert, not you. A verified listing is free, but Verified Pro at $799 a year or $249 a quarter buys Official Partner status, lead capture and listing analytics, so a hand-picked match is a ranking somebody can buy into rather than a neutral one. The vetting figures, 205 experts and the top 3% of applicants, are self-reported and not checkable from outside.
