A small UK agency in Braunton, Devon, founded by Krissie. It sells marketing to app teams: positioning workshops, App Store listing rewrites and keyword research, App Store ads support, and technical SEO. It also sells monthly content retainers of newsletters, articles, ebooks and case studies. The clients it names are Shopify app companies, Okendo, Klevu, GoodCarts, SparkLayer and FORSBERG+two among them. Beside the agency work it sells a self-paced audio course, Unlock Your Shopify Merchant Magnetism, with worksheets and email support from the founder. Unusually for an agency, the retainers carry published prices.
Watch for. The strategy packages and the course have no published price. So the work most app teams would start with begins on a sales call. The team page names three people by first name only, and no legal entity appears anywhere on the site. So ask how much capacity sits behind a content retainer. Its own claims do not fit together. The homepage says over 8 years and About says over 9. The course is billed as the world's first and only program of its kind. A 23% traffic and 15% install lift is given with no source.
