Alert Commerce. Its scale figures differ between its own pages: 1M+ stores on About and 1.5M+ on Pricing, 1M contacts on one and 800K+ on the other. It calls itself a private beta while charging $199 a month, with a card required to start the trial. It names no founder or team beyond operators who have sold Shopify apps. It gives no address or jurisdiction for Alert Commerce, Inc. Every alert gives you a named person's email for outreach they did not ask for. So the consent question is yours, not theirs.
StoreCensus. Same company as AppJubilee. Its whole position is 'cheaper than Store Leads', and narrower coverage is the trade-off. Test the free plan against a segment you know well.
